Welcome, my name is Tracey Lilley, and I believe true healing begins when we embrace ourselves with gentle kindness. Today’s culture often leaves us asking, “Am I good enough?” It is a heavy question that makes many feel they are constantly falling short, whether at work, in school, within their own homes or life in general. My practice serves as a steady anchor amidst these overwhelming pressures.

 

I recognise the weight carried by professionals in every field and the delicate, often gruelling task of balancing personal well-being with family life. Many often struggle to ask for help and struggle alone, whether you are navigating complex family dynamics, burnout, overthinking cycles or anxiety, I provide a calm and supportive sanctuary.

 

With a background in education, I have deep empathy for the unique exhaustion and high expectations faced by school staff and the pressures on teenage students who struggle to access education. This is a place where you can finally pause, breathe, and rediscover your inner peace away from the demands of the world.

I support both Educators and other Professionals facing burnout and work pressures. Here, you can pause the demands of the classroom and focus on your own well-being in a warm, non-judgemental environment.

Neurodivergent Individuals

I work with neurodivergent individuals to build confidence and self-understanding. Our sessions are a safe haven to navigate a world that doesn't always see your unique strengths.
